You’ll remember that George Douros (from the Austin in Melbourne and edteaching.com) shared with us all the Austin”s innovative template-based approach to improving upper limb plasters. Having used the templates myself, I was impressed. But upper limbs are easy… the lower limbs are where we earn our money.
George got together with his ortho team and plaster tech extraordinaire John Kinealy (based at the Western Hospital in Melbourne) to figure out a systematic approach to plastering the lower limb. The end result: two great instructional videos.
