Digoxin Acute Overdose

Acute digoxin toxicity manifests with early vomiting, hyperkalaemia and can progress to life-threatening cardiac dysrhythmias and cardiovascular collapse. Cardiovascular complications are refractory to conventional resuscitation measures. Digoxin immune Fab is a highly effective antidote.
