Australian Scorpions

Little is known about scorpion stings in Australia, but evidence suggests that symptoms are usually limited to temporary pain at the sting site and occasional minor non-specific systemic symptoms. This is in contrast to some scorpion stings elsewhere in the world which are associated with life-threatening envenoming
