Is it just me or has there been a massive explosion of high-quality emergency medicine blogs out into the blogosphere recently?
Trolling through the net over the weekend putting together The LITFL review I stumbled across EM Literature of Note written by Ryan Radecki.
EM literature of note is another new and highly impressive blog that gives you short snippets of current and pertinent articles pertaining to emergency medicine. Ryan critically appraises each article, highlights the important parts of the article, and lashes out at the pitiful parts. He has already covered an extensive array of topics, from cardiology and paediatrics, through to medico-legal and pharmacology. Best of all if he gets you interested in the article he provides you with the PubMed link at the bottom of each post.
In Ryan’s words:
“This blog serves primarily as a repository to organize my thoughts on literature I read – but feel free to follow along if you like! It’s sort of a poor man’s self-propelled Journal Watch.”
Some of my favourite post so far from EM Literature of Note:

Thanks Rob
The CLIC-EM site looks great, and I have added it to the Emergency Medicine bloggers list, along with your fantastic Better in EM site
