- The Mayo brothers
- Charles Horace Mayo (1865-1939) and William James Mayo (1861-1939) with the help of their partners, co-founded the Mayo Clinic.
- The original partners in the practice were the Mayo brothers, Dr Stinchfield, Dr Judd, Dr Graham, Dr Plummer, Dr Millet and Dr Balfour.
