The more sobering thought is that much of this gets into actual charts and sent to colleague this way! I run a medical transcription business, the kind with actual human fingers on keyboards, and we correct this kind of stuff all day long! Are we really sure we want a computer or an ESL typing this stuff? Even the docs themselves type this stuff...they&#039;re so busy and often distracted.
