Some days are special.
Some days are amazing…
…and some days are so amazing they go beyond superlative; destiny changing days to be forever ingrained in ones mind. Saturday was one of these days.
During the weekend it had been my great honour and privilege to share time with Fleetwood Mac, in particular the drummer and namesake of the band – Mr Mick Fleetwood.
Despite his hectic and demanding schedule, Mick took the time to take my boys on to the stage immediately before the concert at Members Equity Stadium, Perth. There he gave them an inspirational drumming lesson they will never forget.
Mick, you are truly a scholar and a gentleman. We salute you.
