34 year old male presents with suprapubic discomfort, tachycardia, hypertension and a ruddy complexion. Bladder scan determined 750mL of urine within the bladder and distal cause for urinary obstruction was sought.
Radiological examination is presented below. Any thoughts?

Looks like anal beads (or makeshift equivalent) in the wrong orifice, stuck fast.
Is it a toy plastic snake? In the urethra, I mean!
Non-metallic foreign body in the Urethra. I think “jane doe” above is right.
Urethral ‘periwinkle shell‘ necklace inadvertently misplaced.
Self-extrication with long nose pliers was to no avail, hence hospital review…
Shell necklace and urethral stream have subsequently been returned to owner
Make sure you let us know when the hamster case shows up ;P
