    • The expectation was that candidates would provide substantial detail in this answer on a topic in which they could reasonably be expected to have a high level of knowledge.
    • Although technical issues such as pharmacology, dosing, indications were clearly required this in itself was not sufficient to pass.
    • Since the question asked for a detailed protocol examiners expected that more managerial issues such as consent, credentialing of staff and audit would be addressed.
