    Left Diaphragmatic Hernia. Differential -- Diaphragmatic palsy.
    Multiple small cutaneous nodules. Very high likelihood of NF.

    Do you have a photo of the patient?

    I’d be really interested to see the cutaneous nodules as I’ve never come across something like this.
